About the teacher
I have been a member of the Kingston Community my whole life. I attended both elementary and high school here before moving on to Central Michigan University. Fire up Chips! I graduated from CMU in May of 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and was hired at Kingston Elementary during that summer to teach 6th grade math and science. I taught 6th grade for 6 years and now I am the K-6 technology teacher. I am the K-6 math chair as well as a member of the School Improvement Team and the Kingston Community Schools Technology Committee. In addition to teaching, I coach junior high football, 8th grade basketball, and help with the varsity baseball team. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, and cheering on the University of Michigan football and basketball teams as well as the Detroit Tigers and Lions.
